Before You Send Anything Back

Please contact us and receive return authorization before mailing any eligible item back. Because Twice the Charm Boutique works with multiple fulfillment locations, there is not one return address for every product.

Eligible clothing and accessories may be returned if you contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Your item must be:

Unworn
Unwashed
Unused
Free from odors, makeup, pet hair, stains, or damage
In its original condition
In its original packaging when applicable
Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused. Return requests submitted after the applicable return period may not be accepted.

Our Curated Jewelry Jars are personally prepared based on information and preferences provided by the customer.

Preferences may include metal tone, jewelry style, jewelry type, colors, stones, themes, items to avoid, and additional notes.

We make a reasonable, good-faith effort to use these preferences when preparing your order.

Preferences are requests and are not guarantees.

The exact pieces included depend on available inventory at the time your order is curated.

A customer not liking a particular piece, style, color, design, stone, or combination of items does not make the curated or mystery product eligible for a return or refund.

Images, videos, social-media posts, live-shopping examples, and previous customer orders are examples only and do not guarantee that your order will contain identical pieces.

By purchasing a curated or mystery product, you acknowledge and accept the surprise and variable nature of the product.

Exceptions for Curated & Mystery Products

The final-sale policy does not prevent you from contacting us if:

You received the wrong product
Your order arrived materially damaged
An item has a manufacturing defect
Part of the order was missing
The order was not delivered
A refund or other remedy is required by applicable law

Some products are created specifically after you place your order.

Because these products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Ordering the wrong size

Changing your mind
Buyer’s remorse

If a print-on-demand or made-to-order product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us so we can review the issue.

Worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged merchandise

Any rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Jewelry Returns

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Other jewelry that is not part of a mystery or curated product may be eligible for return only if it is specifically identified as returnable and meets all return conditions in this policy.

Curated and mystery jewelry remains final sale regardless of jewelry type.

Something Wrong With Your Order?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

How to Request a Return

Do not mail an item back without receiving return authorization from us first.

Follow Your Instructions

If approved, we'll provide the correct return instructions and address for that item.

Because Twice the Charm Boutique works with multiple fulfillment locations, there is not one return address for every product.

Do not return merchandise to an address shown on the original shipping label, a manufacturer, a supplier, or a fulfillment warehouse unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Unless an item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualifies for seller-paid return shipping, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise.

Twice the Charm Boutique is not responsible for customer return packages that are lost before reaching the approved return location.

Original Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, when charged, are non-refundable unless:

We made a fulfillment error
The merchandise was defective or damaged
Applicable law requires otherwise

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges because inventory can sell out quickly and some products are fulfilled from different locations.

When an eligible return is approved, you may be asked to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size, color, or product.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after approval for us to process your refund. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears on your account.

Orders Purchased With Discounts

If a returned item causes the remaining order to no longer qualify for a promotional discount, bundle discount, free gift, or other offer, the refund amount may be adjusted when permitted by the terms of that promotion and applicable law.

Cancellations

Orders may begin processing shortly after they are submitted.

Because some products are automatically sent to fulfillment partners or begin production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once placed.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Curated Jar Cancellations

Curated Jewelry Jar and Mystery Jewelry orders may begin preparation shortly after purchase.

Once preparation or curation has begun, these orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law or where there is a qualifying fulfillment problem.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of:

Incorrect address
Incomplete address
Refused delivery
Failure to collect the package

we will review the order individually.

Additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

Products that are otherwise final sale do not automatically become refundable because a package was refused or returned as undeliverable.

Return Abuse or Fraud

We reserve the right, to the extent permitted by law, to refuse a return or restrict future purchases where there is evidence of:

Fraudulent activity
Repeated abuse of our return policy
Returning a different product
