By accessing or using the website, browsing, creating an account, placing an order, or purchasing products, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If the customer does not agree, they should not use the website or place an order.

Customers must provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for activity conducted through their account. TTCB may refuse service, cancel accounts, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the business, customers, or website.

Twice the Charm Boutique makes reasonable efforts to display products, photographs, colors, descriptions, measurements, and availability accurately. Because products may be handmade, vintage, pre-owned, repurposed, or individually selected, minor variations may occur. Product photographs may appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, or device display. TTCB reserves the right to correct typographical, pricing, inventory, product-description, or technical errors, and may modify, discontinue, limit quantities, or correct listings without prior notice.

Vintage, antique, pre-owned, thrifted, repurposed, and handmade products may show characteristics consistent with age, previous ownership, manufacturing history, storage, handling, or the handmade process — for example minor scratches, patina, discoloration, surface wear, finish variation, small irregularities, or other signs of age/use where applicable. These characteristics are not automatically defects. TTCB will describe known material issues or significant condition concerns as accurately as reasonably possible. Customers should carefully review product descriptions and photographs before purchasing.

Mystery bags are curated products, and customers do not select the individual jewelry pieces contained inside unless a particular listing specifically says otherwise. Contents, styles, colors, brands, materials, conditions, and individual pieces may vary — the purpose of a mystery product is the surprise and curated assortment. Because individual contents cannot be guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product listing, customers should purchase mystery products only if comfortable receiving a surprise assortment. Mystery products are not guaranteed to contain any specific brand, gemstone, metal, style, quantity, or individual item unless specifically promised in the listing. If a listing specifies a weight, quantity, category, or other measurable characteristic, that stated specification controls.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. TTCB may correct pricing errors, typographical errors, inventory errors, or technical errors — a displayed price does not prevent TTCB from correcting an obvious pricing error. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is considered paid. Stripe is used as the third-party payment processor for applicable card transactions; TTCB does not control Stripe's independent processing, fraud screening, authorization decisions, or payment-system availability. TTCB is not PCI-DSS certified.

Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase, but TTCB reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including for: suspected fraud or unauthorized activity, incorrect pricing, inventory errors, product availability, duplicate orders, technical errors, shipping restrictions, inability to verify order information, or other circumstances affecting fulfillment. If TTCB cancels an order after payment has been received, the customer will receive a refund of the amount actually charged for the canceled order, subject to applicable law.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically stated otherwise. Once an order is transferred to the carrier, carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, incorrect customer addresses, customs delays, and other carrier-related events may affect delivery. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. TTCB is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. If tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer, TTCB may rely on the carrier's delivery confirmation when investigating a missing-package claim.

Eligible handmade products may be returned within 7 days of confirmed delivery, subject to the return conditions stated in the Returns & Refunds policy.

Mystery Jewelry Bags and Mystery Jars are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

All other product-specific return eligibility must be clearly stated on the applicable product listing or in the official Returns & Refunds policy.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, photographs, measurements, materials, sizing information, and other available product information before purchasing. Jewelry and other products should be used according to their intended purpose, and customers should follow any care instructions provided with a product. TTCB is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper care, alteration, accidents, normal wear, or use contrary to provided instructions.

Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, original artwork, product descriptions, branding, page content, and other original website materials are owned by or used with permission by Twice the Charm Boutique and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, scraped, or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

Customers may not use the website to: violate applicable law; interfere with website operation; attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; scrape or systematically copy website content; impersonate another person; use fraudulent payment or account information; interfere with another customer's use of the website; or abuse promotions, coupons, refunds, or ordering systems. TTCB reserves the right to restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

The website may rely on third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers, analytics providers, or other service providers. TTCB is not responsible for independent third-party outages, failures, policies, or actions outside TTCB's reasonable control. Customers should review applicable third-party terms and policies where appropriate.

TTCB does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available. The website may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, or other circumstances. TTCB may modify or discontinue website features without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Twice the Charm Boutique will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, a customer may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the customer's unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

TTCB is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, carrier disruptions, internet or hosting outages, payment processor outages, labor disruptions, emergencies, or other extraordinary events.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any applicable venue/jurisdiction provision applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

TTCB may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with applicable product-specific policies and other policies expressly incorporated into them, represent the agreement governing use of the website to the extent permitted by law.
